1. General Provisions
1.1. These goods purchase and sale rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a binding legal document for the Parties, which defines the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller, MB PASLAPTINGA ŽVAKĖ (company code: 306731399, address: Savanorių pr. 18-28, Vilnius), when purchasing goods from the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, correct, or supplement the rules at any time in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer will be notified via the online store’s website. The rules in effect at the time of the order will apply when the Buyer makes a purchase.
1.3. Eligible buyers:
1.3.1. Legally capable individuals, i.e., adults whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order.
1.3.2. Minors between 14 and 18 years old with parental or guardian consent.
1.3.3. Legal entities.
1.3.4. Authorized representatives of the above individuals.
1.4. By confirming the rules, the Seller guarantees that the Buyer has the legal right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with point 1.3.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer has created a basket of goods, provided a delivery address, chosen a payment method, and clicked the “Confirm Order” button (see point 5 “Order, Prices, Payment, and Delivery Terms”).
1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.
2. Protection of Personal Data
2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store by:
2.1.1. Registering in the online store and providing the requested registration data.
2.1.2. Ordering without registration.
2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide personal data necessary for fulfilling the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. By confirming the rules, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for sales, service, and marketing analysis.
2.4. The Buyer also agrees to receive necessary order-related information at the email address and phone number provided.
2.5. The Buyer must keep their login details secure and not disclose them to third parties.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with the rules and other information provided in the store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract within 14 business days of delivery, except where prohibited by law (e.g., for hygiene products).
3.3. The right to withdraw can only be exercised if the product has not been damaged or altered in appearance and has not been used.
3.4. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.
3.5. If the Buyer’s registration data changes, they must update it immediately.
3.6. The Buyer must not share their login details with third parties and must notify the Seller if they lose them.
3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these rules and commits to follow them and the applicable laws.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller must ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the online store.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability or security of the online store, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access without prior notice.
4.3. The Seller must respect the Buyer’s right to privacy concerning the personal information provided during registration.
4.4. The Seller must deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. Orders, Prices, Payment Terms, and Deadlines
5.1. The online store is available for purchases 24/7.
5.2. The contract comes into force when the Buyer confirms the order, and the Seller sends a confirmation email.
5.3. Prices are listed in euros.
5.4. Payment can be made via:
5.4.1. Montonio.com system.
5.4.2. Bank transfer (advance payment).
5.5. The Buyer must pay immediately upon ordering. Only after payment is received will the order be processed and the delivery time calculated.
6. Delivery
6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If someone else receives them at the provided address, no claims can be made to the Seller.
6.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or their authorized representative (courier).
6.4. The Seller delivers goods within the time specified in the product descriptions, but delays may occur. In such cases, the Seller will contact the Buyer to arrange new delivery terms.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the Buyer.
6.6. The Buyer must inform the Seller if the goods are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
6.7. The Buyer must note any delivery issues on the courier’s document.
Shipping method and rates:
We ensure fast and reliable courier delivery for all EU countries, so your order arrives on time. For other European destinations, we use our trusted Post Office service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make your shopping experience seamless!

Shipment processing time:
Orders are fulfilled in 2-4 business days. Orders that are shipped with courier services, can take about 5-14 days to be delivered. Orders shipped with the Post office can take longer and sometimes even up to 30 days, especially to the islands. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that fulfillment and shipping times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, restocks, and new product launches. Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, PASLAPTINGA ŽVAKĖ has no control over the delivery timeline.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Paslaptingazvake.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Paslaptingazvake.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns

Purchased products can be exchanged only if the product is defective. In all other cases, goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as the product is personalized;
1.If the costumer notices that the product is defective, but no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, they must send the defective product to the seller by registered mail, together with the address specified in the invoice accompanying the order. The shipment must be packed. Before sending a defective product, the buyer must inform the seller about the defective product and the intention to return it. Inform in free form by e-mail, address: info@paslaptingazvake.com
2.The Buyer can return the defective items within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery to the Buyer, by informing the Seller using the contact methods specified in the contact section(email: info@paslaptingazvake.com, phone number: +37064631840), indicating the name of the returned product, the order number, and the reasons for the return.
3.When returning goods, the Buyer must follow these conditions:
3.1.The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging;
3.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
3.3. The product must be unused, with its original appearance intact (labels not damaged, protective film not removed, etc.) (this point does not apply if the product is returned due to quality issues);
3.4. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received by the Buyer;
3.5. The purchase document must be provided when returning the product.
4. The Buyer returns the goods via a courier service, covering the shipping costs, except in cases where the product is returned due to quality issues.
5. The Seller has the right to refuse the returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return conditions specified in Article 3.
6. In the case of receiving an incorrect and/or defective product, the Seller commits to collecting such goods and replacing them with suitable analogous products.
7. If the Seller does not have suitable replacement products, the Buyer will be refunded the paid amount, excluding the delivery cost.
Customized products, which were made according to the individual order of the buyer or tailored to the buyer’s preferences (e.g., special designs, individual inscriptions), are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. After arranging the return, send the goods to the address: Savanorių pr. 18-28, Vilnius, Lithuania.
8. Returned products must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories.
9. The Seller will refund the amount paid to the Buyer within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned goods, provided the goods meet the return conditions. The money will be refunded to the bank account from which the purchase was paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method the Buyer used for the transaction.
Defects in items are removed, items are replaced, returned, according to the Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 “On the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items” (Zin., 2001, No. 58-2105) with the approved rules for returning and exchanging items.
7. Product Quality and Warranty
7.1. Product details are provided in the descriptions.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible if the product’s color, shape, or other features differ slightly due to the Buyer’s display settings.
7.3. Some products may have a quality warranty specified in the description.
7.4. If no warranty is provided, legal warranties apply.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Defective goods can be returned or exchanged in accordance with Lithuanian law.
8.2. The Buyer can return goods within 14 business days of delivery by notifying the Seller via the provided contact information.
8.3. Conditions for returns:
8.3.1. The product must be in its original packaging.
8.3.2. The product must not be damaged.
8.3.3. The product must not be used.
8.3.4. The product must be in the same condition as received.
8.3.5. A purchase document must be provided.
8.4. The Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
8.5. The Seller has the right to refuse a return if the return conditions are not met.
8.6. If the wrong or defective product is received, the Seller will replace it.
8.7. If a replacement is not available, the Buyer will receive a refund.
Customized products that have been made according to the individual customer’s order or tailored to the customer’s preferences (e.g., special designs, personalized inscriptions) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. Once an agreement has been reached regarding the return of the products, please send them to the following address: Savanorių pr. 18-28, Vilnius, Lithuania.
8.8. Returned products must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accompanying accessories.
8.9. The seller will refund the amount paid by the buyer within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products, provided that the return conditions are met. The money will be refunded to the bank account from which the products were paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used to make the transaction.
8.9.1. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, unless the product is returned due to poor quality.
9. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
9.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. If the buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the seller is not responsible for the consequences that arise from this and has the right to demand compensation for direct losses incurred.
9.2. The buyer is responsible for actions taken while using this online store.
9.3. A registered buyer is responsible for the transfer of their login details to third parties. If a third party uses the online store’s services by logging in with the buyer’s credentials, the seller considers this person to be the buyer.
9.4. The seller is exempt from any liability in cases where losses arise because the buyer, disregarding the seller’s recommendations and the buyer’s obligations, did not familiarize themselves with these Rules, although they were provided with the opportunity to do so.
9.5. If there are links on the seller’s online store to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the seller is not responsible for the information or activities on those websites, does not supervise or control them, and does not represent those companies or individuals.
9.6. In the event of damage, the liable party compensates the other party for direct losses.
10. Marketing and Information
10.1. The seller may initiate various promotions in the online store at their discretion.
10.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of promotions or cancel them without separate notice. Any changes or cancellations to the terms and procedures of promotions are valid only for the future, i.e., from the moment of their implementation.
10.3. The seller can send all notifications to the contact methods specified by the buyer in the registration form.
10.4. The buyer sends all notifications and questions to the contact methods provided in the seller’s online store section “Contacts.”
10.5. The seller is not responsible if the buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to internet connectivity or disruptions in electronic mail service providers’ networks.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These terms of purchase and sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes arising from the execution of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Products marked “N18” are intended for adults only; the buyer confirms before adding the product to the cart that they are 18 years old and of legal age; “Paslaptinga Žvakė” does not bear responsibility for this.
Payment Methods:
In our online store, you can pay using a newer and more secure method – KLIX. This is a payment method created by Citadele Bank, ensuring the safety of your data and funds. KLIX offers the option to pay by card and directly from a bank account.
